5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Contact form submissions: retained for 3 years from the date of submission, then deleted unless a commercial relationship has commenced.
- Marketing consent records: retained for 5 years from the date consent was given or until you withdraw consent.
- Analytics data: aggregated analytics data retained for 2 years. Raw IP data anonymised within 30 days.
6. Sharing Your Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:
- Service providers acting as our data processors: our CRM platform, email service provider, and website hosting provider. All processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements and are UK or EU based (or covered by appropriate transfer mechanisms).

- Regulatory authorities: where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We will not transfer your personal data outside the UK or European Economic Area without ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place (such as the International Data Transfer Agreement).
